Acetylated Distarch Adipate

The product is applied to: food, rice and flour-based foods, confectionery foods, baked goods, steamed foods, sauce-based foods, yogurt and fermented dairy products. 

Main product features
The starch granule structure is highly stable and has relatively high stability against acids, alkalis, salts, high temperatures, high pressures, and high shear forces.
The starch has a low gelatinization temperature, short paste threads, does not form gel particles after cooling, has good processability, and weak retrogradation of the paste.
The starch has a high swelling degree, low solubility in hot water, strong anti-aging properties, and is suitable for long-term storage.
The starch paste is fine, uniform, and transparent, with a soft texture, good gloss, good water-holding capacity, and good film-forming properties.
It has high stability during low-temperature storage and freeze-thaw cycles, as well as good stability of cold and hot viscosity.

Product application
Sauces, seasonings, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soup bases, candies (chocolate and its products), tomato sauce, fermented yogurt, dairy products, fruit cake fillings, fruit pies, frozen fruit fillings, jams, gravy fillings, and for thickening thickened foods.
